What resists this skill
Magic defense, MEN and debuff resistance reduce the harmful effect chance. Examples: Magnus' Chant and Pa'agrio's Emblem.
Wind resistance also reduces the effect application chance.
Mystic Immunity protects against application of the harmful effect.
