1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Emerland L2, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the game client for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose; attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software; remove any copyright or proprietary notations.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Virtual Items and Currency
Virtual items and currency purchased or earned in the game have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. All virtual items remain the property of Emerland L2 and are licensed, not sold, to you. We reserve the right to modify or remove virtual items at any time.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software; engage in any activity that disrupts the game experience for other players; harass, threaten, or abuse other players; sell or trade accounts or in-game items for real money; impersonate any person or entity.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Emerland L2 or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the game and services. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, virtual items, or any other intangible property.
8. Disclaimer
The game is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. Emerland L2 makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Server Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the game servers. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the game at any time. Server wipes, character resets, or game changes may occur and are at our sole discretion.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Donations and Payments
All donations and payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Donated funds support server operation and development. Donation rewards are provided as a token of appreciation and are subject to change.
12. Intellectual Property
Lineage II and related content are trademarks of NCSOFT Corporation. Emerland L2 is a fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by NCSOFT. All original content created for Emerland L2 remains the property of Emerland Team.
